So when Ruth first said to me "would you like to do a Lipstick for your brand with your name on it?" I was like, is that even a thing? It really blew me away, but as usual Ruth came to the party and we had our first lipstick, Patricia. This was a milestone moment, a pinch me moment, a real accomplishment, and without the help from Ruth I would never have thought something like this was possible, but five lipsticks later and here we are with a gorgeous range and my latest one due to be released! So make sure you keep an eye out. I thought I wanted something that was a little softer and a little more for every day, so Ruth went to the grind as usual and came up with another fabulous colour. This one is called “Barely Minimal” and as the name describes it's a very soft neutral tone that you can wear any time. But don’t be fooled as I had a wedding on the weekend, and did a very bold, smoky eye and the neutral lipstick and it really popped, so it just goes to show that barely minimal can be barely bold at the same time. Thanks again Ruth! We had multiple conversations about how I would like this lipstick to look and I’m like, "well not too pale, but I don’t want it to be too brown and I don’t want it to be too pink, but I want it to be just neutral right? You know what I mean?" and yes, she knows what I mean, she just gets it and again she came up with this fabulous new colour!
